Letter of Consent for Cross Border Transfer of Data

iCAUR AUTOMOBILE CO., LTD（hereinafter referred to as “iCAUR”, “we” or “us”） has always prioritized respect for personal data privacy. Please read this consent letter for cross-border transfer of data ("Consent Letter") carefully. In principle, the personal data we collect and generate within the UAE will be stored within the Singapore. However, as specifically stated in this consent letter, with your authorized consent, and for the purpose of remote system maintenance, your Personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, jurisdictions outside the country mentioned above, which jurisdictions include China, and if the scope of the jurisdictions changes in the future, we will notify you by promptly updating this Statement or otherwise. In the meantime, we will ensure that your personal data is afforded the same level of protection within the UAE.

Purpose of cross-border data processing: To provide technical support for system operation and maintenance services.

We only collect personal data that is necessary to fulfil those purposes and we will not retain your personal data after the purposes of the processing have been completed.

Cross-border data categories

The categories of personal data we cross-border transfer: Name, mobile number, email address, location, vehicle model, comments.

Adequate security

With your consent, your personal data will be transferred outside the UAE. We will ensure that your personal data receives the same level of protection as if it were sufficiently located within the UAE, including but not limited to, the adoption of data protection measures, the monitoring of cross-border data use, and other technical means.
